1991 Barbie--Help

Hi I've been looking everywhere but I could not find anything to identify this barbie
it may not be that old but I really want to know
Its a 1991 Barbie as I said, the back reads 1996 Mattel, Inc. INDONESIA
and her underwear is....well different from other barbies it has little Bs and flowers all over it
I'm not sure if the dress belongs to her (or its an original barbie dress at all maybe it was a spare that came with it because the colors match)
she has earrings that come out half way and her heels are originals. (they were all green) i remember the original outfit being green and somehow gymnastic/swimsuit like but i might be wrong (i know it was green though)
