This ensemble screams MOD with its neon pink and green!  The sleeveless dress has a fuchsia bodice with fuchsia lace trim down the front.  The dropped waist mini skirt is bright chartreuse.  The short jacket is chartreuse with the same hot pink lace trim around the neck and sleeves and down the front. 

The hose, which can be almost impossible to find, are white with fuchsia flocked flowers and green leaves.
