This dress is fairly easy to find.  The accessories, however, can be very hard to find.  The satin appliqués, belt, iron and book are all considered to be rare.

The appliqués were meant to be ironed onto the hem of the dress to accessorize the dress.

This ensemble sometimes had the "spike" shoes instead of the regular closed toe heels.  The spikes have a higher heel and are considered very rare and valuable.
