This jumpsuit (they were originally called "hostess pajamas" in the early to mid 1960s) is a very bright pattern with both a geometric and floral print.

This is a really fun Mod era ensemble that is very hard to find. 

The earrings can be almost impossible to find, but reproductions of them are usually available on eBay.

The good news is that when it is found, it is usually in excellent condition, because of the sturdy fabric it holds up very well over time.
