Vintage Barbie Resort Set #963 (1959-1962)

Classic red, white and blue summer vacation resort wear.

The hat is open on the top to let that swingy ponytail show.

These items are pretty easy to find, with the charm bracelet and the cork wedgies and hat to a lesser extent among the most rare.

The hat and shorts are sometimes found dirty - but they are sturdy cotton and clean up to pristine white with a gentle wash (I recommend Oyx-Clean).

The cloth tag is in the jacket in this ensemble. The shirt and shorts were repeated again in a 1962 Fashion Pak.
