This is Barbie's 1600 series Skating Ensemble, and like most 1600 outfits, is highly desired by collectors and can be hard to find, especially the light pink fleece collar and mittens.

The Skating Dress is a Pink Leotard with an attached pink felt circle skirt.  The knit in the leotard and pantyhose can be prone to snags and runs.
