This lovely wedding gown
was quite a departure from Barbie's previous wedding dresses, but the
flowing tent dress was all the rage in the late 1960s.
The under-dress is
white satin with a white satin collar. The overdress is a sheer dotted
Swiss nylon. The tulle veil flows from a headpiece also made of dotted
Swiss nylon. The bouquet has white velvet flowers and pearls.
This ensemble is very popular with collectors and is very hard to find -
especially complete and in mint condition.
