Are these vintage Barbie accessories?

Can anyone identify anything here? Thanks so much for your help.

Hi Vicki -
I remember having items similar to these with my Barbie Dolls in the mid 60s. They are not Mattel items, but they are "vintage". I don't know who made them - they may have been from the Barbie "clones" made in that era.
