Barbie Doll that says Midge and Barbie with #19? on left cheek

The case she came in

This doll came with pink striped bathing suit and has the marking #19 on left cheek and on right cheek says Midge and Barbie with a copy right of 1958.

Hi Kathy -
Your Barbie is a Swirl Ponytail from 1964 - 1965. The pink & white suit is not a Mattel / Barbie item - they came with Barbie Clones (cheaker knock-off dolls). The number on the left cheek is meaningless - see What's the number stand for that is stamped on left side of Barbie's bottom?
