Barbie Id

This barbie has blonde/brown hair with blue eyes. She has light blue eye-shadow with shaped eye brows. She is smiling, coral/pink lip stick, and she has teeth. She has a diamond ring on her right hand and she bends at the waist. Her arms are movable but she doesn't bend her elbows. She is between 11 & 12" tall. She also has holes in the bottom of her feet.
The back is stamped with c-Mattel 1966, I believe is the date. Also, looks like made in the Philippines.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Barbie Dolls were made in the Philippines from 1978 to 1988 and many different dolls were made with the Superstar face and bent arms.
