Can not find this Mod doll in books or online

I bought this doll in a lot at an auction for my wife, and I can not find her information anywhere. I am wondering if she has been pieced together or if she is in original condition. She looks great and very well maintained. I would like to find some clothes for her so I can have her put in a display case. But I need to know what she may have been wearing. Do know she is not a reproduction because she does not have the new year mark on her. Any help would greatly be appreciated. She says 1966 Mattel Inc USA & Foreign Patented Other Pats Pending Made in Taiwan on her butt. She has rooted eyelashes and pretty curled hair in a short ponytail. I did find out she has Mexican hands. But that is all I have found.
