Cannot Identify this Japan Barbie or this dress

The dress is tagged with Barbie tag but I cannot find it online. Also, the doll is marked Japan on the buttocks. Very long eyelashes. Short bob hair, twists and turns, legs bend and you can pose here hands. Any help will be appreciated.
