Can't ID this lemon satin Barbie suit!

HI I LIVE IN LONDON, ENGLAND AND BOUGHT THIS on ebay uk AS PART OF A LOT WHICH INCLUDED A BLOND SWIRL. IT HAS 3 SNAP POPPERS (WE CALL THEM PRESS STUDS) UP THE BACK AND THE TROUSERS HAVE A HOOK AND EYE. THE TAG IS THE CLOTH ONE THAT THEY STOPPED USING IN 72, WITH Barbie R C by Mattel.

its a bit of a mess but intrigues me as i cant find it anywhere!
