Hello, can you please help me identify this little doll ?

It has no markings, just the number 3 printed inside her shoe.
Also, her feet and shoes have holes in them so that she can stand up.
I know it must be some international brand, because this one I got it from Italy, and I have seen another one from Greece.
Any info will be much appreciated!

I have no idea - I'll look through some reference books & see if come across her - or maybe someone else will recognize her.
