Your doll has the "superstar face" - which was made from 1977 through the late 1990s (see Barbie Doll History) - I don't recognize the outfit.
Perhaps someone can id it.

the outfit looks really mod 60's-70's.
Are there metal snaps on it?
if so try finding it under mod barbie fashions, good luck!

the doll itself judging fom the hair is the Splash N Color Barbie...the outfit I don't know but she didn't come with it.
