Help identifying this hat or collar

Hi, I love your site! It's helped me many times to identify a clothing piece. Now, I'm stumped! I have what looks like a coat or suit collar or hat. It's a black/brown leopard print on a beige velvety background and lined in burgundy satin with burgundy satin ties, and no tag. I'm sorry for the lack of photos. Could this be a Skipper piece? I'd appreciate any info you can give me. Thank you.

Does it have a label? Almost all vintage Barbie & family coats have labels, because the label was in the outermost piece of the ensemble. The description doesn't ring any bells with me - we'll see if anyone else recognizes it - but we really need a picture.
