Help to identify a mod looking coat and skirt for Barbie doll

Does anyone know what outfit this is? I think it's some sort of ''clone'' outfit for Barbie clone dolls..?

neither of the garments have tags, they do look very well made. It reminds me of the vintage ''Anti-Freezers'' Barbie outfit from 1970
