ID for this lovely Barbie outfit = Gaucho Gear

Can someone please help me with this Barbie
outfit! I've never seen this before, it has a Barbie tag and paper tags,
it says: 03 on the paper tag inside the skirt and 03-13 under the
Barbie tag. At first i though it was a best buy, but did they have the
Barbie tag?
