Identify Mod Barbie Dress Please

I am not a Barbie Collector, but picked this untagged dress up when I purchased a lot of Sindy items. I would very much appreciate if you could help me identify which fashion doll the dress is for. Many thanks.

I do not recognize this dress - I am wondering if it may be homemade? Maybe someone else will recognize it if it is for Barbie.

This is not a Barbie dress. It is for some other doll.

 Strange Glueing of Seams

What is really strange about this dress is all the seams are glued. Even the YKK zipper is glued in place.
