Is this a Barbie? Auburn Bob hairstyle - U on Neck

Is this a Barbie? It doesn't have any markings on it other than a U on the back of the neck. I think I got this doll in the late 60's or early 70's. Do you know the value?

This is not a Barbie doll - the U stands for "Uneeda" - The Uneeda company made a Barbie Clone called "Miss Suzette".
