Is this a real barbie doll? Can you tell me about this doll?

Looks like a barbie, Blonde hair that is curled up a the bottom, blue eyes that look off the the right, four painted eyelashed. There is some sort of device like a push button at the waist and also shows at the back. No clue what it is.

This is not a Barbie Doll or a Mattel doll. I think it from the Tressy line - maybe Misty, if I remember correctly. We'll see if someone else knows.
