Is this outfit Barbie's "Solo in the Spotlight" dress?

This is from my childhood (late 60's - early 70's) and I think it's "Solo in the Spotlight". When I looked it up on ebay, the listings I found described it as stretchy and glittered. Mine is not. This one is made of a stiff black cotton fabric and is covered with black tulle. I had it on a bubble cut Barbie body (I tossed her head back in the day because I thought she was ugly - regretting that now). Any ideas? Thank You!

Yes this is Solo in the Spotlight - the dresses didn't hold up very well - ones that were played with often had the sparklies worn off.
