Looking for Information on this Hong Kong Malibu Barbie ?

This Barbie has a Malibu face, I think. She has a TNT waist that is slanted. Her arms are strange, the left one is palm inward, the right one is palm backward. Her right cheek says "1966, Mattel Inc., U.S.A. $ Foreign Patented, Other Pat's Pending, Made in Hong Kong"

Perhaps she is a composite. Also, when did the TNT waists change from slanted to straight horizontal?

Regarding the hands: It's probable that whoever put the doll together at the factory was using up extra parts; hence the mismatched arms.
The straight waist began appearing in 1977 with the introduction of SuperStar Barbie.
