Mickey mouse barbie?

this doll has long blonde hair, hot pink earrings, painted on panties, tnt waist, wide smile with teeth showing, and the markings 1966 mattell malaysia. she has a mickey mouse hat that is attached to her head, and a white pink and black dress with a mickey mouse and bow print. I have not been able to find her anywhere on the internet.

I am not familiar with this particular Barbie, but any Barbie doll marked Malaysia was made after 1986.
