Need Help to ID a pats pending Barbie

Can anyone help me to Id this doll? I cant find any like her.... She has a side part, Low Pony, side sweep bangs, marked barbie pats pending mcmlvIII by mattel. Hollow body. Also how much would be worth? She does have some green ear! Thanks!

Hi Amanda -
I think you have a Swirl Ponytail Barbie who has had a haircut. When you pull back her bangs I bet her hairline will be the same as the Swirl Barbie dolls pictured on the page above.

Hi Amanda,
it seems to me that this is a Fashion Queen head with a wig on an early Barbie body. Just try carefully to lift the wig in case this is melted to the head.

If the bottom of her foot id stamped 'Japan' she is probably a 1962 - 64 swirl ponytail whose hair has been cut. Moust of these dolls have 'green ear'. I just sold a similar doll (uncut hair, no green ear or chew marks) on eBay for $180.

I think this doll is a Fashion Queen Barbie. Does she have a wig on? The Fashion Queen came with three wigs and the hairdo on this one looks like one of the wigs.
