Please Help ID this Doll Marked Mattel 1966/Taiwan

I found this doll at Goodwill and thought she could use some love. Her body says (C) Mattel INC 1966/Taiwan. The connector for the head to the body is molded directly onto the body. The back of her head says "Hong Kong"... and amazingly enough, the head and body color match exactly. She apparently had medium brown hair at one point in time.

this doll has 1997 cititoy on back of neck rooted hair eyes closed cloth body has heart shape box in side that beats and the words heart to heart on the box. can anyone tell what doll this is please
