Question about 1977 Fashion Photo PJ Barbie

Can you tell me if she originally came with a camera and movable stand?

I think Fashion Photo P.J. from 1977 with the beautiful Steffie is one of the prettiest Barbie dolls ever made> She came with a 2-piece modeling stand & cable that was attached to a black camera. She pose is changed by turning the lens on the camera. She also came with pre-printed photos.
