Question - Has anyone ever seen a Vintage Barbie Painters Orange Smock & Capri outfit?

The top is a multicolor painters smock with orange and yellow. Comes with orange capri pants, with a painters palette and tiny brush. This outfit has the black and white vintage Barbie label. I've never seen it in any books, but I'm assuming it may be a foreign outfit. Perhaps France? I don't have a picture because I do not own the outfit. It belongs to a friend's sister in law. Any ideas anyone?

I am not familiar with it. If it was for Francie, it would have a Francie tag, not a Barbie tag. Maybe someone else will know. If you could provide a picture that would help a lot.
