Anyone know this Doll. Looks Like a Liddle Kiddle but....

I've looked all over for one like her. She has that Liddle Kiddle look with all the flowers. I'm not finding any markings or tags and do not want to take her out of her holder. I did attach pic's. My mother does not remember either and of course I was too young. Thank you for any help. Click here to read or post comments. ??Liddle Kiddle??
Doll has long blonde hair that goes past her feet, bangs, and a small pony tail that is on top of her head. She has brown eyes and they are identical to the Liddle Kiddle eyes. She is wearing a dress that has a yellow top and a orange skirt. She has painted-on shorts, and they are yellow. She is not posable, like Liddle Kiddles are. She is 2 1/2 inches tall. She doesn't have painted-on shoes. Liddle Kiddle Doll Identification Question
