See through body jumper ~ Any idea the official name of this outfit and year it came from?

I have never seen anything like this before, but it comes from when I was a kid. I was born in 71' but didn't start playing with Barbies until about 4 or 5. I have pictures that are even closer up to show the details on the sheer, see through material. It has clasps in the back, since velcro wasn't around then. Any idea what this outfit was called?
