Vintage Barbie Ponytail Identification Question

I got this for Christmas 1959. Original outfit was striped bathing suit. Pearl post earrings. Blue eyeliner soft eyebrows. red finger nails and toe. Soft blonde hair. Barbie T.M. Pats.Pend. (c)MCMLVIII by Mattel Inc. on right butt. B 8 on left. no holes in feet. Open toe high heel. Any help would be appreciated.

If she has blue eyeliner & blue eyes, she would be a #3 - Vintage Barbie Ponytail Comparison Guide - she also seems to have the characteristic ivory skin tone. I'm not sure about the earrings - they should be hoops - but remember Mattel was making toys, not collectibles & there are many variations. Does she smell like crayons? What a beauty!!
