What year was the Stuffed/cloth barbie doll in Pajamas made by Mattel? Never seen one before and found one at a flea market?

Actually there were at least two -
Bedtime Barbie was made in 1993 and Pretty Dreams Barbie in 1995 - you can see them both on eBay.
