What year was this Barbie doll made?

I have a brunette ponytail barbie. She has blue eyes black eyeliner and blue eye shadow. She has red lips fingernails and toenails. Also she has holes in ears and japan marked on bottom foot. her markings on bottom left cheek says 41. Top right cheek barbie pats pend c.mcmlviii, by mattel inc.
