brunette, made in hong kong stamped on back, hollow hard like plastic, not rubber, earrings are molded in. feet have holes for a peg to stand up. waist does not swivel, just the legs. you can see the seams for the mold on the legs. eyebrows go up not in an inverted V. She has forward facing eyes and is 7 3/4" tall.

This is not a vintage Barbie Doll - it looks like a Vintage Barbie "Clone" - cheaper knockoffs of Barbie that were sold during the same era.

oh, and bild lilli dolls were made in a few sizes ranging from small, the size you have, a barbie size, just under 12" and then there was a larger one as well. the bild lilli doll was actually what barbie was based on, she came before, 1955-1959 way less of them produced than barbie, but a lot of clones.. the background on bild lilli is really neat, it was based on a comic, and original toys werent fashion dolls like we know them today :)

its possible its a hk lilli
theres a flickr page/user that is really good at identifying lilli.. vintagemimosa is the user, ive asked her a few questions, she knows a ton about lilli dolls! by the hairline and shoes i can tell you it is a lilli or clone

 Bild Lilli?

I had 1 person tell me it may be a Hong Kong Lilli and I've been trying to find an example of the Bild Lilli. I'm still wondering what year.
