Who is this Modern unidentified Barbie?

She is so beautiful! With long black hair like its in twists or braids she has golden make-up and gold earrings wearing a sparkly maroon 3/4 sleeve top finished of around the neck with fluffy orange feathers. Her skirt is ankle length and satin underneath thatshe has a pair of sparkly orange knee length leggings finished off with a pair of gold wedge shoes.
