This beautiful dress has printed roses on cotton with an overlay of green organza.

The big roll collar and sash are also made of the green organza. It can be hard to find and when found, the organza overlay is very delicate and prone to show wear. 

The Painting (with Barbie's signature and framed in a plastic gold and white frame) and Program are very hard to find.

This ensemble was sometimes found with closed toe spiked heels, which are much harder to find (and therefore more expensive) than the regular closed toe heels.
