The party dress has a lime green lame shirt style bodice with a dropped waist and a chartreuse chiffon skirt.  The top has two pearl buttons.

This one can be hard to find, and when found can often have problems with the lame or chiffon, as they both tend to be prone to show wear.  This is one of Barbie's few "non-pink" party dresses and is a rather unique mod dress.
