The raincoat is a pink and orange diamond print with orange plastic closures.  The matching scarf has orange ties.

This ensemble is fairly easily to obtain and can often be found very inexpensively.  The plastic type fabric holds up very well, so the coat and scarf are usually in great condition when found.  The most problematic area is often wear and tear on the ties of the head scarf.
