This is ensemble was in the first group of Best Buy Fashions and it coordinates perfectly with Silver Blues - which is the matching maxi-coat (pictured above).

I fell in love with this ensemble the first time I saw it and I still love it. It is one of my very favorite mod ensembles!

It has a purple suede like velvet shell and gold knot hot pants. The long brocade skirt is worn over the hot pants (it is split up the front).

This is very popular with collectors and while the brocade fabric and shell usually hold up well, the gold on the knit fabric has a tendency to wear off and/or fade to a kind of dull silver color.
