Barbie's Mod Hostess Pajamas (that's what Jumpsuits were called in the 60s!)
were made of hot pink strapless taffeta under white lace. The lace was
sleeveless with a ruffle at the neck and two ruffles at the hem of the
pants.
This ensemble was only made for one year and can be hard to find. When
found the delicate lace can be problematic, it seems to show wear easily,
tear easily and sometimes has gotten dirty or dingy.
