The jacket has six buttons on the front in groups of three and also has three buttons at the back vents. 

This ensemble is very popular with collectors and it is very hard to find.

The purse is the same one used in American Airlines Stewardess #984 (1961-1964)

Mattel issued a Barbie Pan Am Stewardess Reproduction in 2010 for the Barbie Classic Careers / My Favorite Barbie Series.
