The sleeveless blue dress is made of taffeta.  It has a scoop neck bodice and a sheer white embroidered overskirt, with a blue satin ribbon with a bow at the waist.  The matching hat has flowers and a blue satin bow.

This is a very pretty ensemble that can be very hard to find, although it is not as hard to find (or as expensive) as some of the other 1600 series outfits.
