Vintage Barbie Scuba-do's #1788 (1970 - 1971)Orange, Yellow, Pink and Blue 2-piece Swimsuit Yellow Hooded Bodysuit Orange Fins, Mask Snorkel This is Barbie's updated and mod version of Skin Diver #1608 (1964-1965). The cover-up is a yellow hooded fleecy bodysuit. The swimsuit is a multi-color two piece. 
Also pictured is a rare variation, the swimsuit is made of the fabric from Twiggy's Twigster from 1968 (I guess they had left over fabric). As with most vintage Barbie ensembles, the accessories can be he hardest items to find - but all in all this one is fairly easy to find at a relatively low price.
