Vintage Barbie The Short Set #3481 (1972)

Red Belted Purse with 2 Gold Buttons
Red Knee High Boots

Back in the day, short shorts like these were called Hot Pants & they were all the rage. They were frequently worn with boots - usually lace up boots.

This is definitely an interesting ensemble with the coordinating prints. (Prints were all the rage then as well.)

Both pieces are knit and are coordinating red, blue and yellow diamonds on white. The purse is on a red vinyl belt with a gold buckle - it closes with two gold beads.
