This is Barbie's Mod "Outdoors Look"!  The Jacket has horizontal stripes, the pants have vertical stripes.  Both pieces are corduroy.  The jacket has a button front.  The pale yellow tee shirt has a mod floral graphic in colors that match the ensemble.  The ankle boots and goggles are chartreuse green.

The goggles are very hard to find - the other items are usually fairly easy to acquire.
