This is a Sears Exclusive PJ Gift Set that was sold in the 1970 Sears Christmas Wishbook for $5.99.

It includes:
Twist 'n Turn PJ Doll
Mini-Dress with Pink Bodice and Silver Skirt Silver Coat
Silver Boots with White Fur Trim

The silver on this ensemble is very prone to fading and discolorations. It is a silver knit fabric.

The sleeveless dress has a pink satin bodice with a matching pink nylon jabot with one silver bead button. It has a dropped waist silver knit skirt.

The silver knit coat is trimmed at the cuffs with the same white fur that trims the silver knit boots.

This ensemble can be had to find, especially where the silver still appears shiny.
