I had as a gift a ballerina doll around the 90's. She has painted on ballet shoes, it was light pink. Unfortunately i moved houses and everything was left at my grandma's and she gave toys away. Therefore 9 years after when i visites my grandma she no longer had it.. i researched and looked up but that particular one never comes up. Does anyone know the name? Or where i could purchase it.
Question about Earrings with Bubblecut Barbie Reproduction
by Debra North
(Toronto ON Canada)
I recently received a 2009 reproduction bubble cut Barbie which came with 2 sets of earrings. However the pearl studs do not seem to come out so the pearl dangle earrings can be worn. Am I doing something wrong? Thank you for your time. Debbie
I know my dolls are not worth anything I just want to know what year they came out in and /or made in and if possible what style they were i.e. super star and such. I bought them at an antique store and the seller must not know much cause she had them marked 1966 Barbie's. And of course I learned different when I got home and researched. I'm thinking the 80's or 90's. Please help if you can.I put the making info on the pictures. Doll #1 head marking Mattel Inc. 1976 and Torso Marking Mattel Inc. 1966 China Doll#2 just has a torso making Mattel Inc. 1966 Malaysia Thank you, Wendy Piklor
Comments for Please help me identify my barbie dolls
Hi I've been looking everywhere but I could not find anything to identify this barbie it may not be that old but I really want to know Its a 1991 Barbie as I said, the back reads 1996 Mattel, Inc. INDONESIA and her underwear is....well different from other barbies it has little Bs and flowers all over it I'm not sure if the dress belongs to her (or its an original barbie dress at all maybe it was a spare that came with it because the colors match) she has earrings that come out half way and her heels are originals. (they were all green) i remember the original outfit being green and somehow gymnastic/swimsuit like but i might be wrong (i know it was green though) Thanks :)
Hi I have 6 dolls, I thought were my own Barbie dolls. If so they would be mid 60'S, but I can't identify them. They have twist and turn waists, but not rooted eyelashes. The legs bend at the knees, and arms seem to be permanently bent. All marked Mattel Inc 1966, some Philippines and some Malaysia. They all have genuine Barbie dresses of various sorts.
These Barbies all have the "Superstar" face, which was introduced in 1977. They are dated 1966 because that is the year the TNT waist was patented.
Barbie Dolls were made in the Philippines from 1978 to 1988 and in Malaysia beginning in 1986.
Trying to find a 70s Barbie with beige or cream clothes and red high heels
Hi! I'm trying to find or identify a Barbie from 70s that is supposed to wear cream or beige pants and a blouse with long sleeves that has like soft marks of red flowers. Also the blouse gets wider at the bottom and the flowers gets more visibles. She wears red high heels. Unfortunately, I don´t have more information or a picture. I am really interested in finding her because is the only barbie doll that my mom had at her childhood and that later she lost. So, the only source of infomation are the memories that my mother has. I´ll be very thankfully in any help. Another data is that the doll was gotten in US.
American Beauty Queen Barbie: Did she come in another colorway?
(British Columbia, Canada)
I have 2 different versions of American Beauty Queen Barbie. I have almost the complete outfit in turquoise, but I also have the same set in vibrant pink. I know this is not a vintage question, but I couldn't find anyone else to ask. Picture is of the normal ABQ Barbie.
Hi Jenna - All I can find are in the blue dress. Here are the listings on eBay. (Below is the TV commercial!) Suzanne

I have a collection of almost 300 Barbies. However, I don't have many that are a complete set. How can I find out what I am missing in each collection? For example, I have "Barbie 2000", "Barbie 2001", "Barbie 2002", and "Barbie 2003". Is that the whole collection. Do you know of a website I can go to and punch in a name of a collection?
Hi Susan - One day I will get there on this site! The official Barbie site did have this information, but it is being changed & I can no longer find it - I would recommend checking it again in a few weeks and see if they have added it back in. Suzanne
Hello, Can anyone help me with question on Stolen Magic Silkstone. I have just received her a few days ago and I realized that she doesn't have her earrings. I have checked on other people pictures, most have her without her earrings but I have seen a friend who has her do have her earrings. Do the later productions not come with earrings or have I missed something?
