Vintage Barbie Navy Open Toe Shoes

Vintage Barbie Navy Open Toe Shoes were included in these ensembles:

Busy Gal #981 (1960-1961)
Commuter Set #916 (1959-1960)
Gay Parisienne #964 (1959)
Lame Sheath (1963)

Because they were included in so few ensembles, the navy open toe mules can be very hard to find. There is also a big discrepancy in the colorations - some are lighter navy and some are almost black.

Also called Mules by some collectors, these were made in Japan and came in pairs. The bottom of the left shoe will be marked Japan, the bottom of the right shoe will be unmarked.
